My journey spans fintech, banking, SaaS, and edtech — with hands-on roles at Ezy House, Samsung SDS, ztudium, and FPT Software. I’ve led UX projects from research to system design, always guided by curiosity, structure, and a desire to deliver measurable product value.

I’m especially passionate about using UX as a bridge between user insight and product impact — where design decisions are rooted in evidence and aligned with business goals.

Outside of work, I care for my three cats, tidy up my home, explore new things, or create Spotify playlists with too much Ed Sheeran.
